Project Win: Smarter Financial Data Integration

Mentimeter discovers real-time insights with Verostone’s Boomi-to-Planful integration

We’re excited to share the successful completion of a recent finance transformation project between Verostone and Mentimeter, designed to automate financial data integration and accelerate reporting.

Mentimeter, a fast-growing global business, was managing financials actuals across three different systems: Xero, QuickBooks, and Kleer, each used in different regions. Their finance team relied heavily on manual uploads and complex spreadsheets, which slowed down reporting cycles and made it difficult to get a clear, consolidated view of the numbers.

Working in close collaboration with their finance team, Verostone designed and delivered end-to-end integration using Boomi, seamlessly connecting all data sources to Planful. This replaced time-consuming, manual processes with a centralised and automated solution that improves visibility, accruracy, and efficiency.

Now, Mentimeter can rely on faster, real-time insights that support more confident, data-driven decision-making.

Transforming Finance at Rhino Entertainment with Planful

Empowering faster forecasts and reporting  with scalable finance solutions

At Verostone, we’re proud to have delivered a successful Planful implementation for Rhino Entertainment Group, helping them replace fragmented, spreadsheet-heavy processes with a centralised and scalable finance platform.

Operating in the fast-paced and competitive iGaming sector, Rhino needed a smarter solution to manage forecasting, reporting, and planning across Revenue, COGS, and vendor-level OpEx. Their existing setup relied on large, complex spreadsheets with manual updates and limited visibility, making it difficult to react quickly and support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Rhino’s finance team, Verostone delivered an end-to-end implementation of Planful. This included project scoping, solution design, integration, configuration, and user training, tailored to the needs of a fast-growing business.

We optimised Rhino’s model in Planful by replacing disconnected spreadsheets with structured planning templates and introducing semi-automated uploads of historic driver data via SFTP.

The result? Their forecasting process is now fully managed within Planful, enabling:

  • Faster, more reliable reporting cycles.
  • Real-time collaboration on forecasts.
  • Stronger data integrity and reduced risk.
  • Easier reforecasting and scenario modelling.
